1.unless conj.如果不；除非

例如：l won't go to the party unless I am invited.

除非我受到邀请，否则我不会去参加晚会的。

【拓展】unless 作连词，引导条件状语从句，含有否定意义，相当于if...not...

【跟踪训练】

（1）You will fail the exam unless you work harder.（同义句转换）

You will fail the exar the exam 　　 you 　　 work harder.

2.regard v.将……视为

【拓展】regard...as...意为“把……当作……”，后接名词或形容词。

【跟踪训练】

（2）我们把老师当作最好的朋友。

We 　　 our teachers 　　 our best friends.

3.deal with处理；应对

例如：How do you deal with your challenges in yours tudy?

你如何处理学习中的挑战?

【辨析】deal with/do with

deal with的同义短语为do with，意为“处理”。deal with与how连用；do with与what连用。

例如：How do we deal with our problems?（同义句转换）
